Our portfolio constantly strives forward on congressional direction. This page outlines some of the Enviroterm’s past projects.


Project: Facility Monitoring System for Semiconductor, Data Storage and Electronic Industries

We completed Facility Monitoring System for highly critical and advanced process monitoring. The 24/7 operation is for client’s important processes which demands reliable sensors, instrumentations, trouble free network devices, durable hardware and etc.

Similarly on software installed to perform the tasks for monitoring, analysis and reporting. Includes others services like system changes, reconfiguration to very specific request from time to time. All these requirements and combination are vital to ensure system remain in long term operation day in day out.

Parameters monitored:
Particles for air, liquid, chemical and gas. Airborne Molecular Monitoring for Total Acid, Ammonia and Amines, Total Organic Carbon, Differential Air Pressure, Temperature and RH, Moisture, Air Velocity, Air Flow and etc.


Project: Cleanroom Monitoring System for Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Devices

Extended from accumulated experiences in FMS, we also offer Cleanroom or Environmental Monitoring System for life science industries. Other than reliable products and services, we also participate in design and implementation of validation documentation such as DQ, IQ and OQ.

Unlike semiconductor and electronics industries, each sampling points have to go through risk assessment practices to validate potential risk that may arise during the manufacturing stage.

For software installed for monitoring, analysis and reporting, we offer solution complied to international requirements such as US FDA 21 CFR Part 11, PIC GMPs Electronics records and signatures, GAMP and etc.

Parameters monitored:
Non-Viable particles for air, liquid, and gases. Viable monitoring for Grade A, B, C & D environments, Real time Microbial detection (BioLaz), Total Organic Carbon, Differential Air Pressure, Temperature and RH, Moisture, Air Velocity, Air Flow and etc.


Project: Environmental Monitoring System for Hospital and Medical Centres

In combating nosocomial infections or Hospital-Acquired Infection, we involved in providing Environmental Monitoring Systems either by its own or integrated through the BMS system.

We have completed this system for monitoring in isolation rooms, protection rooms, operating theatres, pharmacy cleanroom, TPN, Aseptic fillings, Cytotoxic Drug Reconstitute laboratory and etc.

Non-Viable particles for Air, Viable monitoring, Differential Air Pressure, Temperature and RH, Moisture, Air Velocity, Air Flow and etc.


Project: Laboratory Monitoring System for Blood Banks and Tissue Culture

Lifesaving matters are not limited to people and patient within environment of hospital and medical centre.

Precious lifesaving item such as medicines, blood, stem cell and tissue must be safely stored. Monitoring and data logging on storage condition are required to avoid compromised storage conditions.

Non-Viable particles for Air. Viable monitoring, Differential Air Pressure, Temperature and RH, Moisture, Air Velocity, Air Flow and etc.


Project: Laboratory Monitoring and Control System for Hazardous Environments

We also involve in design, install, test and commission on the Laboratory Control and Monitoring for its environment.

Fume Hood and Biosafety cabinet being the primary containment, all these need constant monitoring for overall safety and personnel health, along with laboratory environment as secondary containment.

Over years, we manage installation of monitor and control system in government sector Jabatan Kimia, major private laboratories and etc.

Parameters monitored:
Differential Air Pressure, Temperature and RH, Moisture, Air Velocity, Air Flow and etc.


Project: Data Acquisition for Higher Learning Institution and Research Studies

Over years, we also work with universities and local research institutions in meeting data acquisition needs. However, research and studies may involve multi disciplines of products and instrumentations that sometimes, beyond the scope of our offerings, but with our strong commitment in delivering the solutions, we work with multiple suppliers in delivering a complete solution.

Some of these monitoring locations can be very challenging as it is remote and requires data transmission on real time basis. In many occasions, we have been able to meet and exceed the objectives hence we are proud to have many clients who are pleased to work with us.

Solar radiation monitoring, heat flux, vibrations, ultrafine particles, indoor air quality, ventilation performance and etc.


Project: Turnkey Project Management

By engaging our in house expertise together with our principal, specialist, and consultant, we are now undertaking turnkey engineering project in providing design and built services for different projects pertaining to flow and particulate matters.

Project completed:
30 foot Open Jet wind tunnel for research and studies on flow mechanics, wind tunnels for various purposes, automatic filter tester and etc.
