The ALP autoclave model CLG-40LDVP is the 6th Model in the CLG Series. This is the company’s most advanced line of Autoclave using an LCD screen with many functions and ensuring user safety.

Besides, the pot has built-in Pre-Vacuum and Vacuum Drying functions to shorten the time and ensure the items (eg Clothes, tools) experiment) stay dry after sterilization.

Pre-vacuum for safe sterilization

Air is removed from the chamber and loaded with a vacuum pump, removing air pockets to allow water vapor to penetrate every nook and cranny of the load. Thereby, helping to improve heat penetration, providing a safe sterilization.

Vacuum drying system

Dryers dry wet loads in a vacuum, the vacuum pump creates a place where moisture evaporates quickly. You can effectively dry even an empty tubular item and garment.

Integrate with 6 different programs depending on the load

You can choose six programs according to the load and application such as LIQUID “OPENED”, LIQUID “CLOSED”, SOLIDS, WASTE, DISSOLUTION, ADD DRYING. Furthermore, ten different memories are integrated with Model CLG-40LDVP which allows you to customize: temperature and time, drying or not, or cooling method during sterilization.

Steam Release Pressure Pulse (SFPP)

CLG-40LDVP removes air from the load quickly by continuously alternating steam release and pressure pulse above atmospheric pressure . Optimal for sterilizing challenge loads.

Multi-program compatible

In addition to the five specified programs depending on the load such as LIQUID, SOLIDS and WASTE, etc. You can also set the temperature, sterilization time and cooling method to save with ten different memories.

Combine parts that are susceptible to damage over time

To avoid the build-up of operating costs caused by parts that are susceptible to damage over time, CLG-40LDVP combines cap spacers with capability anti-steam, heater element made of stainless steel, etc. Thereby prolonging the life of these parts.

Data logging system (Optional)

You can measure temperature, pressure and time during operation into an optional software “ALP- LOGGER” by connecting the autoclave and a PC.

Data is displayed graphically “Temperature (Pressure) – Time”, which can be printed and exported to Microsoft Excel.
