System Installation

The project and installtion team, working with your site-appointed contractors or our own approved network of electrical & mechanical contractors, provides the quality expected in the regulated environment.

Factory Acceptance Testing

Factory Acceptance test is a major milestone in qualifying a system prior to delivery to site. The system is fully built using all the system components and is tested to approved test protocol. Testing verifies that the system meets the acceptance criteria and system design. On completion of testing, the system is shipped to the site.

Site Acceptance Testing

Site Acceptance Testing is the final stage in ensuring the system meets design and requirement specifications, test are perform on site to ensure installation complies to the standards and system operates as expected. Testing includes verification of location, system functionality and security of data.

Documentation is written to GAMP or IQ/OQ requirements or both. System users or their appointed representatives witness all testing performed. A final report of all system testing is issued to close the validation requirement.
